Jamak’s silicone molding capabilities include injection molding, compression molding, and over-molding.
We mold Liquid Silicone (LSR), Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE), and High Consistency Rubber (HCR), with durometer measurements of 10-80 Shore A. We compound our HCR to spec in house, which allows us to mold in small or large batches, quickly getting you what you need faster.
Molded silicone is durable and can tolerate extreme high and low temperatures. It can withstand exposure to water, oxygen, ozone, and UV, and is flexible and moldable with a wide range of hardness.
