Extrusion

Extrusions have many applications that include tubing, gaskets, seals, wiper blades and finished consumer goods.

The Jamak extrusion division has onsite capabilities to take you through the entire development process – from design to product delivery.

Our elastomers are durable, time-tested rubbers that withstand extreme environmental conditions. Silicone extrusions are antimicrobial, UV, Ozone, flame, and water-resistant, inert synthetic rubber applications that last up to 4x longer than traditional rubber.

Comprehensive in our scope in silicone extrusion, Jamak has earned a reputation for precision, performance, and competitive pricing.

Our capabilities include custom profiles, dual durometer, co-extrusion, die-cutting, in-line processes including PSA taping, single, mitered, and cut bonding as well as packaging the final product.

Jamak can extrude High Consistency Rubber (HCR) with a durometer of 40-80 Shore A and Silicone Sponge with density value range of 0-16.5.  We are also capable of co-extruding silicone with nylon cord as a strengthening agent.
