JAMAK Fabrication Inc. is an industry leader in the manufacture and design of silicone rubber seals, gaskets, and extrusions to a diverse marketplace serving many FORTUNE 100 companies.

Our extruded products include sealing technology for the automotive, appliance, and construction lighting industries. In automotive, some of our products include sunroof seals and windshield wiper blades. For the appliance industry, some uses of our extruded products include oven door gaskets, refrigeration gaskets, and outdoor lighting gaskets.

Examples of construction applications include expansion joints for bridges, threshold seals for buildings, and window glazing seals. Additional examples of sealing applications include incubator door seals, culture containment vessel seals, and a wide variety of tubing products.

Many of our extruded products include metal inserts or clips. We have the capability for in-line cutting and continuous lengths, custom profile shapes, or sheets and strips. Additionally, we have an inventory of more than 3,000 extrusion dies to offer our customers quick and responsive service.

JAMAK offers comprehensive application development and design support, including finite-element-analysis (FEA), computer-aided design (CAD), and proven quality tools including Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA). JAMAK demonstrates a full understanding and successful implementation of these tools and is staffed with high caliber design and engineering personnel who have vast experience in seal design for an array of diverse industries.
