Prototyping

The creation of a product involves the definition of that idea in the form of drawings or solid models. After working with you to formalize this understanding, we can then involve our group of vendors to create rapid prototypes from resins or RTV for quick visual or tactile evaluation. Dies, soft tooling or small cavitation tooling is also an avenue which can provide parts for functional evaluation and testing.

Prototypes are a small but vital part of the product development stage. We believe that a good understanding of a part early in the stage of its development will lead to a successful life in production.
