Jamak is a globally recognized leader in the production of silicone rubber products. We manufacture a large variety of products for several industries including automotive, consumer and appliance. We currently hold ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001 quality certifications. Jamak has a reputation of producing top of the line products; we take a great deal of pride in what we make and who we are. Pay for Performance
The Profit Indexed Performance Pay (PIPP) program is a quarterly pay-for-performance program that allows employees to share in some of the money they help us save. Employees can have an impact on the things drive the cost up or down on the products we produce, so they are given a goal and the knowledge and tools to control these costs. Materials, direct and indirect labor, supplies, purchased components, and OT premium are a few of the factors employees are measured by. The better each department performs to their budgets the higher the pay out.
Learning Investment for Today and Tomorrow
In 1992, our owner, Alfred Micallef, commissioned the creation of the Learning Investment for Today and Tomorrow or LIFTT scholarship program. The program provides employees with three plus years of full-time employment with up to $25k towards a college degree. But wait! There's more... eligible dependents of our employees are offered the same opportunity. LIFTT is open to all employees that meet the eligibility requirements without regard to race, sex, religion, national origin, disability or veterans' status.
